The club Christmas meal has also been arranged for Friday 9th December at Monty’s Bar and Brasserie again in Cheltenham 8.30pm for sit down meal. The cost will be £25 per person and this can be sent to the TTG bank account Lloyds Sort 30 93 48 A/C 03781800 if you could put your surname and xmas as a reference eg. ILESXMAS or something similar then this would help Paul out!

We have 42 places to fill and this will be on a first come first serve basis. The menu is as follows and all choices need to be sent back to me 14 days prior to the event 25/11/16.

Starters:

  • Spiced Parsnip Veloute (v) saffron oil, fresh coriander
  • Game Terrine orange marmalade, pain d’epice, pickled vegetables
  • Thai Crispy Duck oriental vegetables, pancake cones, sweet chilli and sesame oil dipping sauce
  • Moules Marinere homemade breads for dipping Scottish Scallops jerusalem artichoke puree, vegetable crisps, parma ham crumb
  • Red Onion Tarte Tatin (v) goats chees mousse, toasted walnuts, chicory salad

Mains:

  • 28 Day Aged 7oz. Fillet Of Beef pomme fondant, garlic wild mushrooms, burnt red onion, rocket puree, bourgignon sauce
  • Duo Of Venison fillet and slow cooked shoulder, dauphinoise potatoes, buternut squash,leek fondue, cranberry and red wine jus
  • Ballotine Of Turkey Breast sage, onion and smoked chicken stuffing, duck fat roast potatoes, traditional accompaniments
  • Poached Cod Fillet red pepper, harissa and chickpea cassoulet, baby spinach, cerney ash
  • Pan Fried Turbot asian spiced carrots, jerusalem artichoke, purple kale, lobster bisque sauce
  • Roast Baby Pumpkin stuffed with wild mushroms and cotswald brie, salsify and porcini sauce

Desserts:

  • Christmas Pudding homemade brandy sauce, festive berries
  • Christmas Chocolate Selection Box homemade truffles, white chocolate mousse, caramel fudge
