Turbo Hell is Back!

Winter is on its way but don’t feel down; it’s the return of coached turbo bike sessions – affectionately known as Turbo Hell! The sessions will start on Thursday 3rd November at 7pm. The venue is Dowty Sports, Innsworth. Rob Wood (BC level two) will be the coach for the sessions. More detail on costs will be provided next week – in previous years it has been £12 for a block of 4 sessions. We need to gauge interest so that we can book the right sized hall so please email me pkj1359@gmail.com if you are interested.
