Tri Team Glos - The Triathlon Club of Gloucestershire

Races

Throughout the year Tri Team Glos runs various events, most notably the TTG Gloucester Triathlon and a new event for 2012, TTG Newent Duathlon. TTG Gloucester Triathlon is a pool based Sprint race with a 400m Swim and a two lap 28km bike course finished off with a 6km run.

TTG are delighted to announce in addition to the Gloucester Triathlon we will soon be taking entries for the Newent Duathlon. Taking place on 1st April, we are extremely excited to share, what we believe is a stunning course with you and of course the English town of Newent.

Situated within 30 minutes of Gloucester, Newent is perfectly placed to welcome athletes to this Duathlon Distance race of 5k run, 18k bike and 5k run.

TTG are looking forward to sharing these races with you in 2012.

We hope both events will be hugely popular and only early entry guarantees a place.

The 2012 TTG Newent Duathlon is now open for entries.

The inaugural 2012 TTG Newent Duathlon is a Sprint Duathlon for all ages (entrants must be 15 and over on race day). Run through Newent Town via Lakeside, The Crofts, Foley Road and the town itself. The Cycle route is through picturesque countryside and the flat route via Taynton, Highleadon and Malswick will encourage fast times.

The 2012 TTG Gloucester Triathlon is now open for entries.
