Run training venue change as of Tuesday 23rd November

As of Tuesday 23rd November, Tim's run training session is moving from Estcourt Road, Gloucester to the bottom of Cole Avenue, Gloucester, just outside of Crypt Grammar School. The session starts at 7 O'clock and will continue the base training. So heart rate monitors are a must.
