Cowman Middle Distance
Four TTGers went to Milton Keynes over the weekend to take part in the Cowman middle distance race. The field was strong this year as the event is the British Middle Distance Age Group Championship but everyone was happy with their results. Janice, Angela and Richard completed their first 1/2 IM events and there are already rumours doing another one!
The race is held in Keynes Country Park which is a stunning venue with a nice weed-free lake, 3 lap flat-ish bike and 4 lap multi-terrain run.
